Thank you for choosing The Porch Witch. Below are the terms that apply when you book, and by placing an order with us, you're agreeing to them.
Payment Orders are paid in full when you book, and your date isn't confirmed until payment goes through. Because we're working with real, perishable pumpkins sourced specifically for your order, all purchases are final. We're not able to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.
Where We Deliver We currently serve homes within 40 miles of Downtown Orlando. Delivery is included at no charge within 10 miles of downtown; beyond that, a delivery fee applies based on distance.
About Your Pumpkins Every pumpkin we use is a real, natural product. No two are identical, and Florida's heat and humidity can shorten how long a display holds up. As a general guide, pumpkins tend to last 2-3 months if they're kept out of direct sun with dry stems, but we can't promise an exact lifespan, and decay from natural wear isn't eligible for a refund.
Photos on Our Site The images on our packages page are meant to give you a feel for the style and scale of each option. Your actual arrangement may look a little different based on what's in season and on hand that week.
Making It Yours We don't currently offer a self-serve or drop-off option, but if you'd like different colors, specific pumpkin varieties, or a custom display reach out through our contact form or by email.
If the Weather Turns Florida weather doesn't always cooperate. If conditions on your scheduled day make it unsafe for us to work, we'll simply move your delivery to the next available date at no extra cost to you.
Your Property, Our Presence While we're on-site, we ask that the delivery area be safe and easy to access, and that it meets any HOA or community rules that apply. The Porch Witch isn't responsible for damage, injury, or loss connected to the delivery, presence, or later removal of a display.
Sharing Our Designs We genuinely love seeing our work show up in your own photos. Feel free to share your porch however you like. We may also photograph a finished display ourselves to feature on our website or social pages. If you'd rather your porch not be shared publicly, let us know in writing before your delivery date and we'll leave it out.
Updates to This Page These terms may change from time to time. Whatever's posted here at the time is what's currently in effect.
